Your order on this website constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods in your basket, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect. To meet our service commitment to you, we will store your order and necessary personal details, obtain authorisation from your bank for the payment, and make certain security checks on your identity and address. This section details these actions and our respective rights and obligations.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

When you place a trade order and purchase any product from The Great British Teddy Bear Company, or any of it’s subsidiary companies you are agreeing that you will not, in any way, attempt to re-distribute those products purchased via the eBay and Amazon marketplaces respectively.
When you place an order to purchase a product from The Great British Teddy Bear Company, we will send you an email confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched it (the ‘Dispatch Confirmation Email’).
Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in the ‘Despatch Confirmation Email’ to be dispatched do not form part of that contract. Placing the order does not constitute a contract with GBTBC ONLINE LIMITED until we confirm it is dispatched. Order acceptance and completion of the contract will occur once you have received the goods.
If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit /payment card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to dispatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:
The item being out of stock or no longer available; or your payment being declined; or an unspecified technical error.
